Itinerary Information

Once you have completed steps 1 to 4 (sent enquiry form, sent photos, completed booking form and booked your flights), our administration team will prepare your itinerary information and will send it to you by email. This will give you step by step – day by day instructions for your entire surgery holiday, right from being picked up at the airport until your transfer back to the airport when you leave. By this stage your personal Customer Service Manager, who will be looking after you during your stay, will also have contacted by email to introduce herself to you. This should give you the confidence that all is in place and we have everything ready for a smooth and hassle free surgery holiday.
