Also, as we have been organizing surgery holidays for so many years, the hotel’s staff are aware of our patients’ needs and know how to make your stay comfortable.

Our accommodation is reasonably priced, the value is unbeatable. We have excellent relationships with our hotel partners because we have many clients, and so we can guarantee you won’t find a lower price anywhere else (including all of our transfers and services for your pre and post surgery care).

We do ask if you could book your accommodation direct with us instead of other accommodation – it can affect our servicing and help to care for you.

Services: included in the Standard service package

1. Patient navigation pre/post-arrival service: answering questions, arranging appointments and sending you your itinerary, receipt and pre-departure information. Telephone and email contact to answer all your inquiries

2. Arrival/Departure: Airport transfers to and from your hotel.

Pre-surgery:

• Pre-consultation with the surgeon
• Transfer to the hospital for admission
• Transfer back to the hotel after discharge

Post-surgery:

• A dedicated Destination Manager for online day to day support while at your destination.
• Daily care – nurse assistance with complex would care (Single procedure x 3 sessions)
• All transfers to/from the hospital for follow up consultations, as necessary
• Online Post care support package when returning home

Price: This service package is already included in the accommodation price that we quote you.

Pullman Accommodation Packages (Coverted Price is based on currency conversion on the day of booking). 

When booking your surgery package you only need to pay for your accommodation package.  You can then decide to either pay your balance through us 30 days prior to your surgery date or pay on arrival.  If you have any questions, please discuss with your destination manager.
