An arm lift is a cosmetic surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the under portion of your upper arms. During an arm lift — also known as brachioplasty — excess skin and fat are removed from between the armpit and elbow. The remaining skin is placed back over the newly repositioned contours to create a more toned look.

Lower body lift surgery and belt lipectomy surgery are similar procedures. In both procedures the front of the abdomen is addressed by doing an abdominoplasty (“tummy tuck”). Skin and fat of the flanks and back are removed in both procedures as well. This also results in the outer thighs and buttocks being lifted.

Breast implant revision surgery, which commonly involves removal and/or replacement of saline or silicone gel implants, is performed to change the size or type of your implants and to correct any complications from your primary breast augmentation. The overall goal is to restore a youthful breast contour and appearance.

Breast reduction surgery, also referred to as reduction mammoplasty, reduces the size and improves the shape of the breasts. Typically, women who are candidates for this procedure have physical symptoms related to the weight or shape of their breasts. These symptoms include back pain, neck pain, and bra strap grooves in the shoulders. The incisions vary based on the breast size before the operation and the final post-operative size.

A forehead lift, also called a brow lift; is a procedure that removes excess tissue, alters muscles and tightens the forehead skin. This procedure may be performed using the traditional technique; with an incision across the top of the head just behind the hairline. Or with the use of an endoscope, which requires three to five short incisions.

Silicone is the material used for butt implants. Unlike injections, solid silicone implants are surgically placed into the buttocks via an incision in between the butt cheeks. This procedure is sometimes combined with fat grafting for maximum results. It takes up to four weeks to recover from buttock surgery.
