Meet Kael Sangnam

Meet Kael (Kaewjai Sangnam) as your Client Services Manager for Thailand.

Kael is a Thai local with years of experience in international client service. She has worked in multiple areas of the Thai tourism industry, with roles in travel agencies, airlines, and hospitals. Her primary focus at Gorgeous Getaways is to create a welcoming environment for clients staying in Thailand and to ensure you have everything you need to feel at home. In addition to client services, Kael supports clients by working closely with all Thailand partners to ensure overall smooth day-to-day operations.

Before Departure

Before departure, Kael will prepare your itinerary and make sure you have all the details necessary from the moment you arrive from overseas.

On Arrival

When you arrive, Kael will arrange your airport transfers, check in with you and see how you are going.  Together, you will plan a comfortable schedule for catch-ups and check-ins at the hospital or hotel.

Returning Home

When it’s time to return home, Kael will follow up to see how you are going, and ask you to complete a client satisfaction surgery, or become a case study for future clients traveling to Thailand.
