  • Charlie – He had a panniculectomy some months ago.  Charlie had been rejected for many Surgeons before because his BMI was too high.  However, his case was very particular and Dr. Rafael Velazco accepted it.  Charlie flew to Cancun and had his surgery done with very good results.   Panniculectomy is a surgical procedure that removes all the overhanging skin from the lower abdomen. This procedure reduces the irritation in the skin, and also reduces strain on the back.
