In order for us to get your quote, we need you to submit your photos as per requirements and your complete medical history.  All our surgeons and hospitals have specific requirements to properly assess our patient’s cases.   And if we do not comply, they cannot provide us with an accurate feedback of your case.  This is the global standard process for international patients requiring plastic surgery abroad.

Submit Your Medical History

We have already talked about the purpose of your medical history. Surgeons need to know everything about you in order to determine if you are a candidate for the plastic surgery procedure you are looking for.  It will take you just a few minutes to fill it in. Just keep in mind that it is very important to include every detail to obtain an accurate assessment of your case.  The HIPAA privacy rule applies, meaning that your information will only be used for medical purposes and it is strictly confidential.

Submit Your Photos

Whenever you inquire for plastic surgery, your photos will be required in order to assess your case.  Depending on the procedures you are looking for, photos may be needed showing your body without undergarments.  In this case, it is of paramount importance to understand that photos cannot be altered with photoshop to conceal some body parts.  If you are not confortable with these requirements, please feel free to let us know immediately. Then we can check with our Surgeons if they can assess your case via teleconsultation.
